MDX-SERIES represents the ultimate waveform control with DSP based digital control technique. This technique with predictive waveform analysis gives unmatched quality of the output waveform. The output waveform distortion is less than 4% on non-linear loads. The DSP control also allows excellent diagnostics and user interface for the system.

MDX-SERIES employs IGBT based front-end converter (both for rectifier and battery charging) with ACTIVE POWER FACTOR CONTROLLER. This offers input power factor better then> 0.99, on all load conditions. This also allows input harmonics to be less than 4% on 100% loading. For the user, it will avoid unnecessary breakdown of the other equipments in the same input utility due to peak harmonics. It also avoid unnecessary over-sizing of input side cables and protection circuits. The generator rating required can be nearly equal to the UPS rating itself.
